Just as we were wondering if our groundbreaking comedian can make us any more proud with his achievements, Trevor Noah makes his nation and The US alike, extremely proud by filling up thee iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday 8th November 2019

The Garden, as it is called, is a multi-purpose arena and one of the most expensive stadiums ever built, which is known for only top class events and some record breaking events. It is used for sport and entertainment events and the stadium can seat just about 21,000 people, with Jay-Z being the first hip hop artist to sell out at iconic arena, Trevor Noah is the first African comedian to perform a sold out show - Levels!

Mr Noah is no stranger to records, with his award winning book Born a Crime, as well as his sold out shows in his home country. This is surely a culmination of all his hard work and determination, and to a large degree, this historic moment is well overdue, as he is on his way to claim his title as the new king of comedy.

Previous comedians to sell out the arena include Kevin Hart (What Now tour?!), Eddie Murphy and Chris Rock. Mr Noah was performing as a part of his Loud and Clear tour, and without a shadow of a doubt, the whole world must have heard him loud and clear if you haven't before.

“Last night was incredible! Thank you to everyone that packed out @thegarden and made it such a memorable night! I didn’t want it to end,” he humbly exclaims his appreciations. Congratulations have been pouring in for him from various celebrities and supporters in his home country and the world. We too say, well done Trevaah!
