NATURAL NEWS | UK Prime Minister in ICU (COVID-19)

The British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, who was admitted to hospital on Sunday evening, 7th April 2020, as a "precautionary measure" has now been admitted to ICU.

The 55 year old leader is said to be "stable in ICU." Although that sounds like something along the lines of "critical but stable," Mr Johnson has never let his condition deteriorate him from taking charge of government even in isolation, now leaving some of the reigns to The current Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Dominic Raab.

Mr Boris Johnson, like President Donald Trump of the United States and President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil, was one of the leaders who did not initially appreciate the seriousness of the pandemic. This was evident in his shaking hands with the public when giving speeches, even after being warned of the virus and cautioned about his behaviour.

However, the situation is seemingly "worsening" as his symptoms showed no sign of slowing down or getting better, therefore having to be admitted to the hospital on Sunday, 10 days after his self isolation since testing positive for Covid-19.

According to CNN sources, Mr Boris Johnson's Intensive Care Unit admission is still a "precautionary measure" as he can still breathe on his own and is not in need of a ventilator at the moment as has been undergoing oxygen therapy.
